MEDIA FACADE & ENVIRONMENT DESIGN IN A RAPIDLY CHANGING ENVIRONMENT.
3deluxe was commissioned to design the architecture of a newly built retail complex in New Cairo. The elegant building, which will provide a home for high-end luxury goods and upscale restaurants, is located in the New Cairo neighborhood, one of the largest new urban development areas in the world.
The first five floors will house a shopping mall for exclusive watches and various dining options, while the top two floors will house offices.
The media facade brings the building to life in the evening, bathing the building and its surroundings in an attractive, vibrant light. The brands located in the building, such as Chopard, Panerai, IWC Schaffhausen and BREITLING, are elegantly integrated into the animation of the media façade and make a discreet appearance from time to time. Open air lounges and restaurants are located in the organically shaped outdoor area.
