Who we are
3DELUXE ARCHITECTURE is a German design office for architecture and interior design that has been setting groundbreaking impulses in the international architecture and design business for over 20 years. What we do
SCOPE OF SERVICES - We offer classic services for all phases of planning and construction - from feasibility and design studies to design development, detailed design, construction and planning management, design direction and construction handover - with a locally diverse focus.
ARCHITECTURE - We design and plan buildings ranging from residential and commercial to corporate, industrial and iconographic. Our intuition for long-term social trends and themes such as living, working and leisure as well as our wealth of experience in the implementation of building projects guarantee a contemporary, attractive and long-term sustainable property.
The strong radiance of 3deluxe architectures offers an additional high added value for any marketing and enriches the urban space and our living environment aesthetically and emotionally.
INTERIOR - In the field of interior design, 3deluxe is familiar with many different segments:
Corporate Interiors, modern office and work environments, bars, clubs, restaurants, public spaces, hospitality and retail, as well as brand worlds, trade fair stands and exhibitions.
People-friendly modernity and contemporary, attractive design are also the premises for 3deluxe here. The focus of every interior is the experience of visitors and guests!

How we've grown
3deluxe has been a design firm with a transdisciplinary approach since its founding in the mid-nineties. Our vision to shape the future has led us to make interdisciplinary out-of-the-box thinking an integral part of our working philosophy. Starting with the disciplines of interior architecture and communication design, the business potential has been expanded to include architecture since 2005 and marine design since 2015.
Today, all business areas work largely autonomously and complement, support and inspire each other. Andreas and Stephan Lauhoff head the Brand Design division. Dieter Brell, Peter Seipp and Björn Asmussen head the Architecture, Interior and Ocean (Ship Design) divisions.
The 45-member team consists of highly committed employees and specialists in international composition. 3deluxe has branches in Miami and Dubai, where projects are realized on a regular basis. Currently 3deluxe is developing projects in Germany, Dubai, Miami, Lithuania, Finland and Italy.

Where we work
The 45 designers of the different units of 3deluxe work on the beautiful agency campus Alte Städtische Kliniken in Wiesbaden. A beautiful old building with high ceilings and light-flooded rooms gives the designers on 2 floors the perfect space for collaborative, creative work.
The campus with different buildings houses several top-class creative agencies and offers all employees opportunities for interdisciplinary exchange - on a communicative green area with urban gardening, beekeeping, bicycle workshop and healthy campus kitchen.
