Architect – Focus on Planning
You bring solid experience in concept and execution planning and are ready to take real responsibility — in process, team, and project. You think with clarity, communicate precisely, and develop solutions that strike a balance between ambition and feasibility.
Your Profile
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience
In-depth knowledge of service phases 1–5 (6–8 welcome)
Confident proficiency in ArchiCAD
Strong understanding of collaborative planning workflows and interdisciplinary cooperation
Junior Architect – Focus on Planning
You’re at the beginning of your professional journey, driven by a genuine passion for architecture and a sharp eye for design, precision and sustainability. At 3deluxe, you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and gain a deep understanding of how concept, planning and execution interlock within real project contexts.
Your Profile
Completed degree in architecture
Initial experience in service phases 1–5
Basic proficiency in ArchiCAD
Curiosity, team spirit and a strong willingness to learn
Architect / Interior Architect – Focus on Design
In this role, you shape the conceptual foundation of our projects — from spatial storytelling to the material character that defines the atmosphere. You collaborate closely with our brand and interior designers, crafting architecture that weaves meaning, form, and emotion into a coherent whole.
Your Profile
Experience in service phases 1–3
Strong skills in Rhino and VisualArq
A refined sense for form, space and visual language
Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary thinking
Architect – Ship Design / Focus on Execution Planning
Here, you work in a unique field where architecture moves onto the water. You develop complex planning details, coordinate technical processes, and translate visionary concepts into precise built realities.
Your Profile
Experience in execution planning
Skills in ArchiCAD, Rhino, and VisualArq
Technical understanding, precision, and a collaborative mindset
Interest in maritime architecture and innovative materials

You Bring
Completed degree in architecture (TU/FH). Confident use of ArchiCAD (or a comparable CAD program) and standard documentation processes. Ideally, experience with Rhino and VisualArq, as well as visualization tools such as Chaos Enscape, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong team spirit, personality, and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
A keen sense for current design and architectural trends. Precision, responsibility, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale simultaneously
Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills
