Development of a yacht harbour including clubhouse, restaurant & outbuildings

3deluxe designed a vibrant, attractive city beach and marina as part of wider tourism infrastructure measures in Sharjah City, a metropolis of millions in the U.A.E.

The publicly accessible marina is embedded between clusters 2 and 3 of the 3 km long beach and promenade section. It includes a clubhouse, several service buildings and a small park. It offers space for 100 boats of different sizes.

The core of the marina is a clubhouse with a restaurant and roof garden. The architecturally sophisticated building consists of a flowing, wave-like roof that provides pleasant shade for the restaurant terraces. An exclusive resort-like area with pool and cabanas is available to club guests. A representative administration building with reception and premises for sailing school with boat rental as well as several storage and service buildings complete the ensemble. A small park offers a beautiful view of the marina and provides additional quality of stay.
