Inspiring new working environment

Nestled in the Black Forest, the OBS office building is a compact yet striking architectural statement. Designed by 3deluxe architecture, the building provides a modern workspace for two young companies in the IT and building technology sectors. With a clear structural expression and a focus on efficiency, the project integrates timber-hybrid construction, expansive glazing, and green terraces to create an open, inviting environment.

Inside, the design emphasizes flexibility and collaboration. Open-plan offices are complemented by a café, an e-sports lounge, meeting zones, and covered bicycle storage. Public areas and terraces foster informal encounters, while natural materials and daylight enhance the overall spatial experience. The result is a workspace that balances functionality with a sense of warmth and identity.
