A luxury, highly attractive indoor entertainment world
3deluxe designed a translucent, open leisure oasis that combines entertainment as well as culture and sustainability at a high technological and creative level. It enables the population of Baku and its tourists a sensational and multisensorical event all year round. The iconographic dome architecture integrates harmonically with the different building typologies of the Baku harbour front. It places a visionary sign to the future looking population of Azerbaijan.
The domes possibilities of use are multifaceted: From an aquarium bigger than touristic attractions, a wellness-oasis with beauty-farm, day-spa, gym and beauty shops, to a restaurant with private dining, café, health food-bar, deli, nightclub with bar, a few shops und boutiques, kid’s world, art galleries, tourist-merchandising shops, an indoor park with orchid exhibition, lounges, tourist information and a spectacular observation deck with view over Baku and the harbour.
The outdoor area includes a driveway, sculpture park and an amphitheatre for events. The indoor as well as the outdoor is amazingly illuminated during day- and night time. It will become an additional touristic highlight of Baku.
It will turn, considered architecture and engineer technical services, into a showpiece in terms of sustainability. Therefore concepts will be developed with specialized engineering firms in the upcoming steps.
