The new headquarters of the young companies Blaich IT & HausConsult will soon open in the Black Forest. The attractive company building, designed by 3DELUXE, boasts an innovative timber frame concept that offers the growing workforce a new, inspiring working environment with special architecture and sustainability aspects.
The three-storey building with a gross floor area of 1123 square metres has no basement and is highly insulated with a connection to the local heating network. A heat pump serves as sustainable heating, ensuring that the building is energy-efficient. 3DELUXE has incorporated both functional and aesthetic aspects into the design to create a special feel-good atmosphere for employees, ensuring that they feel at home in their workspace. The generously glazed floors of the three-storey, light-coloured building lie on top of each other like staggered bars, seamlessly connected by a curved, S-shaped façade. This harmoniously broken-up building architecture allows for an integrated bicycle shelter and attractive, green outdoor terraces.
The interior was also designed by 3DELUXE, which includes modern, open-plan workspaces with a small café, an e-sports lounge, meeting and communication areas. This highly efficient construction project has demonstrated that appealing design in architecture does not have to be expensive, even in cost-intensive phases.
