Inspiring new working environment
This attractive office building in the Black Forest area of Germany will soon provide two young companies from the IT and building services sectors with an inspiring new working environment.

This highly efficient construction project has once again demonstrated that appealing design in architecture does not necessarily have to be expensive, even in high-price phases! The building boasts a gross floor area of 1,123 square meters and comprises three floors, with no basement, constructed in timber frame construction. It is highly insulated, will be connected to the local district heating network, and is equipped with a heat pump system.
The interior is also designed by 3DELUXE and will offer modern, open workspaces with a small café, an e-sports lounge, meeting and communication areas, green terraces, and a protected bicycle storage area.
