One of the core tasks was to make the Aurelis brand DNA visible across the new premises and to represent the core business - modern space solutions for mixed-use commercial real estate - in its own premises. Reception, lobby, cafeteria, lounges, conference and team rooms, executive offices, coffee bars and sanitary facilities - all of the redesigned areas meet the requirements of a contemporary working environment that promotes individual work and team communication in a pleasant, open atmosphere. To this end, 3deluxe created an interesting contrast between an industrial and at the same time very bright, organic look, which is enhanced by glass walls - enclosed in robust metal frames. The latter create a natural connection between the public areas and provide more light and a feeling of spaciousness. Green walls also create natural accents in prominent areas.
The organic, largely regionally sourced material mix of natural stone and oak includes slate and travertine tiles, furniture with genuine leather or felt upholstery and carpeting made from recycled PET bottles. This can be seen in the entrance area, where a bright slatted wall with the Aurelis logo creates an interesting interplay of light and shadow.
The modern look and material mix with lots of warm wood, green plants and dark color contrasts runs through all areas of the floor with spacious communal areas for relaxing, meeting, waiting or lunching, including in the light-flooded, visible coffee bar with plant wall or in the open lobby, where ring-shaped ceiling lights provide pleasant lighting, as does the Carpet Lightning in the corridors.
3deluxe has won a competition to redesign the headquarters of real estate developer Aurelis Real Estate. The Aurelis jury was impressed by a design that combines natural, sustainable materials with an urban industrial look. The interior design concept was further developed together with the Aurelis project team for the approximately one-and-a-half-year planning and conversion phase during ongoing operations and has been fully realized since October 2023.
